Hi everyone! My company is relatively new to Tessitura (moved to it just before Covid shutdown in Mar 2020). Does anyone have any advice to offer about using mobile tickets for group orders? My instinct is that traditional printed tickets are still the best for groups in terms of the logistics of assigning seats and for FOH to scan and seat people at the theatre.
Do any of you allow mobile tickets? Do you set limits on group size for mobile? Is there a reliable way for group leaders to distribute mobile tickets to individual members of the group that is not a recipe for disaster?
