Vaccine Card- Collection - Student Matinees

Hi all,

How are you planning to collect vaccine information for Student Matinees? Are you front loading the collection of the cards or asking students to show their cards as they de-bus?

I know to not store the cards in Tessitura.

  • Hi Jessica,

This is a great question re: Student Matinees - we're still figuring out what those will look like for us at the CSO (and when we'll be able to do them again), but for our general audiences we're encouraging attendees to use an app called "bindle". Allows audience members to upload their own contact info and vaccination cards/test results, and makes it much faster and easier for us to welcome them into the hall quickly, safely, and without the risk of anyone dropping or losing their card at the hall. Also means we're not holding onto people's info internally.

Not sure how possible that is with student audiences, especially depending on the age group (high school would work, younger students unlikely - but younger students also aren't eligible for vaccinations yet).
