Has anyone had an application process through TNEW with an application fee. Then once participants were selected, sent them a link to purchase or set up a payment plan on their site but is not accessible to the general public. We are looking at implementing a process like this for classes and camps in the future and wonder if Active Camps might be an easier way to manage these process. Yep. We do this a lot and with many different permutations from auditions to workshops. I've done some of the set up but can put you in touch with our Edu contact if you want to talk further. often I'll get a request for a user specific price which is source code protected like any standard performance offer. Ballet Austin and us also do invoice payment to on-account via one page giving which can be a helpful tool
I am also looking into how to create something like this for next season. Have you had any luck so far?
