Does anyone know of any organisations customising forms on an event/production season level? If your organisation does it, how do you do it? We put on a lot of workshops and of course each one would like their own set of questions to be asked during the purchase.
Our primary purchase path is custom but we do use TNEW on an off-shoot site, so I'm happy to look into either direction.

So when you allowed patrons to purchase the workshops then they could elect to do a full payment or just installment 1? Did you have online functionality for them to pay the remaining installments or did you charge them manually on the back end?
Hi Jennifer. We haven't gone down the path of installments for workshops, so everything needs to be paid in full.
I can answer that, Jennifer! Payment Plans in TNEW are setup using credit card billing, so the customer will be billed automatically based on the billing schedule they select and the credit card they provide at checkout.
