I am looking to set up our payment plans for our summer camps. In the past with other systems I have been able to do rolling payment plans that allow even payments that give people up to 12 weeks to pay depending when they sign up. How have others created payment plans for summer camps?
We use On Account funds for scholarships--we issue the credit to their account, and they can use it when buying online. If they use it with a payment plan, though (like a partial scholarship), it automatically pulls the on-account funds from the final payment, not the deposit or even first payment (unless they only choose one payment after the deposit).
