I was wondering if any of the museums are using Tessitura to book tours. Our current system has our Education department doing double-entry first into their Access tour database and then into the museum's scheduling system.

I don't know if you received any replies to this yet. SydenyOpera House use Tessitura to book all our tours, and this business is quite extensive.
I just gave a short presentation on how we do this using Zones for timed entry at the very recent Australia & New Zealand Tessitura User Conference and would be happy to share with you.
