Is anyone using TNEW for school field trip reservations? We're interested in figuring out how to get all the necessary information into the order.
At Mystic, we've been using CSIs to gather necessary information without any customizations. It would put the information (date of birth, participant's name, any special needs, dietary restrictions, etc.) in a CSI under the constituent's record, which we can pull in a report as needed.
Nathanael, How do you deal with the issue of collecting information for minors? I’m trying to set this up at my organization as well (Ballet Arizona)!

I reached out to our Education folks re: your question, and this was their reply.
"Since parents are the ones filling out the CSI info - child’s name and DOB - at the time of payment, we haven’t really had any problems with privacy. If a parent does not want to fill it out online (which we have had happen, they can call a member of Reservations). When we need more in-depth information (emergency contact, medical info, etc.) for programs like summer camp or Sea School, we use an external system (CampDocs) that will securely store this information for years or we have forms that are submitted directly to the program director.
