Hello Tessi-Edu-Turians,
We’re having a problem with the consistency of students’ grade history in the Ticket History tab.
When processing an order in the Order Screen, we assign the student’s seat using the Special Request function and assign the grade using the Category drop down menu. That menu is populated from System Tables TR_LINEITEM_CATEGORY.
On one student’s order, the grade assigned to her in the Category is “college”
but in the Ticket History, the student’s grade is listed as “g4”.
If anyone with a good handle on SQL procedures could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated.
