Using Plans to track community engagement groups

I also posted this in the Marketing thread, but I figured I may have more luck in Education: Are there any orgs out there using Plans to track engagement with groups? We have different community groups that we partner with throughout the year in a variety of ways: 1. As a an offsite ticket distribution for free programming 2. Those groups will often get a block of tickets to shows at The Public 3. Vouchers issued to individual constituents at those locations to be redeemed at The Public Because we have different staff members who intersect with these groups depending on the function, I'm investigating how we can use Tess to centralize all of the data, and Plans is what came to mind. Is anyone else doing anything similar? Thanks!
