Customer Service Issue/Primary Caregivers

Hello Tessitura world,

 

I am looking for a solution as it pertains to Customer Service Issues and primary caregivers. The RWB School uses  CSI's to track students on wait lists for classes.

 

We would like to send an email to all students on a particular wait list. Once I open the Customer Service Tracking report for that particular performance, I am able to save the data as a list. However, this list does not pull in primary caregiver data, which is what I need. These students are under 18 and we do not contact minors--we only contact their parents.

 

When I go to List Manager to view this list, there is no criteria, and therefore I am unable to do any editing. Is there a way I can pull the data I need?
