Availability of multiple perfomrances?

I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to view seat maps OR availability by zone for multiple performances at one time?

Here's why I'm asking:

I book school groups, who attend a Student Matinee performance, and some stay for lunch. Currently, we ticket "Lunch Space" as though it were a different performance, simply to keep track of numbers so that the space isn't over capacity. (This may change eventually as Tess adds Resource Availability functions, but this is what we've got for now.)

The nuisance is that patrons often ask what day lunch is available, and currently I have no way to see availability for BOTH the Student Matinee performance and Lunch Space (which Tess considers a performance) in the same screen--so, a simple question takes a good 10-15 minutes to answer, as I have to check Season Manager for what student matinees are available and then go back and check the seat maps for lunch on those dates.

Does anyone else have to check availability for two performances at one time? As in, the patron needs to purchase A and B, so they both have to be available?

If anyone has a solution, this would be a huge time saver for me.

Thanks!

This isn’t ideal, but I also open one Tessitura session in Remote Desktop Connection and another on my actual Desktop all the time. Then you could do two separate Product Searches at once in two separate instances of Tessitura.

    Emily,

You mention that you are looking in Season Manager - are you using the Calendar View or Product Search?

If you use Product Search, you can enter the Date Range and see all events on that date - select the Gross Avail. check box before searching and you can see how many seats are still available in the events on that day.

If you want to get more specific, enter the date and select your matinee title and click Gross Avail. then click search and then hit the Cumulative button and change your title to the lunch event and click search.
