Education and Ticket History for RAMP consortium

Here in Kalamazoo we are coming to terms with the idea that, in order to fulfill our data needs, we may need to customize the Ticket History table so we don't lose the Initiator and Recipient role information for our students and volunteers.  Are there any other RAMP-hosted consortia who have customized the Ticket History table and are willing to share their experiences (pros and cons) with us?

    Hi Mindee

The new Standard Ticket History does include Role information, though.

There's a Role column that holds a value representing combinations of Roles, so that, for example, if a particular constituent is recorded as both Owner and Initiator it will have one row displaying "OI", rather than a separate row for each role.

  • Ken,

I see that the roles are part of the standard table, but I thought that imported data was not able to be used the same way as live order data that becomes history, without a customization.
    Are we misunderstanding?
