Anyone Working with Artifax and Tessitura?

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone is currently using Artifax, for event management and staffing purposes,  in conjuction with Tessitura?

Or does anyone have set-staffing in Tessitura (for example: I have 10 volunteers that can give guided tours on Monday) and as tours get booked we are able to keep track of resources (guides) used and also those tours that still require staffing.  I work with both volunteers and contractuals to fill guided tours at our Museum.  Our volunteers have a set schedule (per day and tour topic) so we know we can imeediately confirm a certain number of visits.  Once we use up all our volunteer resources for a specific day, I then know that contractuals must be used to "fill-in the blanks"

Hope to hear any thoughs, ideas--  I know Tessitura is working towards this goal. But wondering if anyone has any thoughs or recomendations that they are using now.

Thank you,

Maria

  • Hi Maria,

Not much to offer yet unfortunately, but we are currently implementing the Artifax Staffing module here. Seems to be promising so far! It's not integrated with Tessitura but it's an add-on to Artifax that you can purchase. As long as all of your events are booked in Artifax though it shouldn't be a problem, I think.
