I'm intrigued by the format you used. It looks so neat and easy to follow based on the topic you are interested in! What are the links in the right column? Are they Tessitura documents that you pulled into a shared drive, or documents you created yourself?

This is what I use as a plan for training. I lay out the one-on-one time, documentation to read and web-ex sessions to watch. You can customize it for your organization. Hope this is helpful.
