I know a lot of you are doing registrations for classes online, but is anyone doing online registrations for school matinees? I would like to get our classroom series performances up online for next season so teachers can register for their seats via the web with TNEW. I know one hurdle we have run into is getting through the order with our payment. All of our orders are booked as seated unpaid, then invoiced later.
Any helpful information is greatly appreciated!!

We recently had a Tessitura conference in Sydney and payment was a hot topic for participants in the Education discussion.
You might talk to Nicholas Hudson-Ellis at Australian Centre for the Moving Image - they got TNEW to create a customisation so that the site can accept non credit card payment method(s). The only hitch being invoice payment types do not transfer from constituent to constituent so, if a teacher books and you want to transfer the order to the school record, you might ask about customising an "Other" payment type so staff can adjust to invoicing after a web booking is made.
