gifts uploaded from bank data

Is anyone automatically entering gift and/or pledge data from a spreadsheet from the bank lockbox?  I have been asked to explore if this is possible.

Thanks,

Dee Dee

  • I am. We have an auxiliary which operates through a lockbox. I am currently entering contributions and pledges for an event this Fall/Winter. Feel free to email me directly or give me a call.

    Thanks,

  • I should say that it is not automatic. I get print outs of the documents from the lockbox and enter them. I am not aware of an automated process from a lockbox to tess.
