Changing a Campaign after processing a contribution

Hi all,

I am just wondering if anyone knows of a way of changing a campaign on Tessitura once the contribution has been processed.

I have amended the constituency to reflect the Campaign that I would like, but on the Contributions tab it still has the Campaign that I processed the donation to and I wondered if it is possible to change this retrospectively.

    You can reprocess the gift, taking the money out of the wrong campaign and putting it on account; deleting the membership (if this gift was the only gift in the membership); re-entering the gift into the correct campaign with the on-account money, using the date of the original transaction. This will leave a zero amount on the Contributions screen for the wrong campaign and the correct amount for the right campaign.
