Our staff is not very happy about the new view in the Solicitations screen. In v10, one look at solicitations and you could see ask amounts, goal amounts, notes, etc. Now you have no choice but to drill into the solicitation. Has anyone tackled this and found a solution? Have any of you used a custom screen to customize your own view of solicitations?

Our staff had its discomfort too – but more so with the membership history record. In regard to Solicitations-the issue may be best addressed for v.12 when Solicitations become Plans. Before trying to do custom in v.11, I’d take a look at what v.12 will bring.
