Membership Renewal Issue

I have been finding that an occasional membership renewal (contributed on the website) and processed the same as every other contribution is not triggering an actual membership. It is not recorded on the History page but you can see the contribution on the Contributions/Transactions pages? Does anyone have any suggestions to assist with this issue. I appreciate any help you can provide!

  • I would look at the Campaign that is associated to that contribution transaction and see if it has a Membership Org associated to it. It’s the Membership Org attached to the Campaign that creates a Membership when a Contribution is made.

  • Sandra-

The Campaign is set to the proper Membership Org. Any other suggestions? Thanks for your response!
