On-Account Money from Individual to Household

We have on-account money under development that was placed on an individuals account. Someone merged two accounts to create a Household account but now are Development Department can not access the money due to the individual account being under the household. How do I get to this money so that it is in the right place and can be applied?

Thanks!

If it is an option for you, you could use Move Transactions to move all of the individuals transactions to the household - then you should see the on-account inside the household.

If you have security for it, while you are in the individual's account, you'll see it under the menu Constituents->Household Operations->Move Transactions to Household...
