Hi all- I'm fairly new to this, so I apologize if this has been asked before.
I entered a $1,000 pledge yesterday under a youth programs membership, but found out later that the patron wants to change to an individual annual membership. I've tried several times to change the membership campaign by doing a typical adjustment, but it's not working. I keep getting a message that says I can't enter a negative value in the payment field. Help!
Hi Rachel,
Since it was a pledge you don't want to enter anything into the payment field, so close that if it pops up.After hitting the adjust button and selecting the pledge in question, you will want to zero out the pledge amount in the pledge box, select your adjustment reason and hit done.Next you will want to start a new pledge and enter in the amount to the correct fund.
