One of our Board member's assistants wants to be copied on all emails sent to the board. When we generate an email list we ask for all board members and their email addresses. Any ideas on how to include the assistant's email and the board member's email just for this case? Not all board members want their assistants copied, this is a special case.

We use an Association of Assistant to link to board member, but for any assistant that needs to be copied on any board correspondence, we also put an email type of Board in the Assistant’s account as well as the board member. When creating board lists we then add the association type of Assistant to the list and can also filter if they have a board email type when creating a board list for emailing. That way we are only pulling into the list those assistants that should be ccd.
