One of our Board member's assistants wants to be copied on all emails sent to the board. When we generate an email list we ask for all board members and their email addresses. Any ideas on how to include the assistant's email and the board member's email just for this case? Not all board members want their assistants copied, this is a special case.

The best way might be to create an association type of "Assistant cc" or something like that, then associating that one assistant's record to your board member's, then always choosing that association type in "Add Individuals" when creating a Board list or segment in an extraction.
That's a lot of work! And it's work you'll have to do each time you pull a Board e-mail list. But it will give you what you want.
