One of our Board member's assistants wants to be copied on all emails sent to the board. When we generate an email list we ask for all board members and their email addresses. Any ideas on how to include the assistant's email and the board member's email just for this case? Not all board members want their assistants copied, this is a special case.

It depends on how you send your emails out. If you use extractions to generate a list, I believe you can use "Decoys". (I think that is the keyword to search for)
