Hi all,
Does anyone use the canned Tessitura report called Performance Report located in the Development folder? It has a parameter to include Subscribers or not, and I am finding when run with a value of Yes, include Subscribers, it still does not. I "opened the hood" on the Stored Procedure and I can't see where it might possible get Sub info as it looks like it's only pulling on the Ticket History table and not the Subscription History table...
Do any subscription organization use this successfully? Or, have any of you customized this?
To note, we are in v.10 but have a Test v.11 environment and the same problem happens.

We’ve recently added some documentation for this report to the help system, which you can find here.
One key takeaway from the documentation to note is that if you have customized your performance history, this report may not function correctly for you.
