Performance Report does not pull Subscribers

Hi all,

Does anyone use the canned Tessitura report called Performance Report located in the Development folder? It has a parameter to include Subscribers or not, and I am finding when run with a value of Yes, include Subscribers, it still does not.  I "opened the hood" on the Stored Procedure and I can't see where it might possible get Sub info as it looks like it's only pulling on the Ticket History table and not the Subscription History table...

Do any subscription organization use this successfully?  Or, have any of you customized this?

To note, we are in v.10 but have a Test v.11 environment and the same problem happens.

Thanks!

  • Hi Frances -

This report doesn't pull sub history - the help file reads:

If the {Include Subscriptions?} parameter is set to ‘No’, the report will not select performances that were purchased as part of a fixed seat subscription package.

So it is still looking at individual performances, but is just a switch as to whether you include a subscribed performance or not.
