HI,
How do you adjust or delete a soft credit after a batch is closed?
Thank you,
MIke
Create a new batch!
You can then adjust the gift you created and delete the soft-credit.
If you created a membership with the soft-credit, that must be deleted separately, but you can still remove the credited contribution.
Can you soft credit a pledge payment?

You can soft credit a pledge in whole which will in turn record the payments to the creditee as they come in but you can't soft credit a single payment within a non-soft credited pledge.Does that make any sense?
Also if you are adjusting or deleting credited gifts you might want to check out this post.
