Current membership giving report

Can anyone think of a reason why not all memberships sold would be showing up on this report?

So far this month we know that we have sold 17 memberships but this report is only showing 6 of them. This is the report I have been using to update my income figures and I am now concerned that it may not be accurate.

All help and suggestions gratefully received I am definitely still learning!

    Hi Katherine,

    Try running the Campaign Fund Summary report out of the Development folder and see if that catches all your revenue.  I use a custom version of that for my membership reporting.  Give that a try and see if it works for you, and feel free to send me a note if you're still having issues.

    I am not too familiar with how this report works, but it probably would not pick up pending memberships????

    looking at it again it does seem to be the new pending membership swhich aren't showing up whereas the renewals are - thanks Monika

    Beth I can't seem to find this report does it exist as standard? The closest I can see is the Campaign Revenue Report which does give the overall income to the campaign in the date range but by appeal so it doesn't break down the income into membership types which is what I really need.

    Hi Katherine,

    Our custom may have been modified so as not to split by appeal, so that may not work for you.

    What's your fund structure?  Are your membership levels all going to the same fund in Tessy, or are they split out?

    We have 2 different types of membership which go into 2 different funds, one of the memberships is split into 4 different levels. I can use the fund activity report to get the overall income and number of memberships sold for each fund but this doesn't tell me the income for each level.

    Scrub this I've just realised that if I split this report by constituent then I get all the info I need - Thanks for all the help

    Hmm....I'm afraid I'm out of easy solutions, then.  Even my custom report is based on funds and not on the level itself.  Maybe someone out there has a level-based report they could share?
