I am looking for a (hopefully in list manager) a way to identify total giving for a given time frame or fiscal year. The criteria for total giving is to robust and adding contribution date parameters does not seem to work.
We are not using membership levels yet.I am trying to determine giving levels for program book levels and some of our donors give several times in a fy. So I am looking for cumulative history within a specific time frame.
I will also need to be able to include the same information for soft credits. I have been doing it manually, but would love to be able to create a list.
Hi Michelle, When you combine Contribution Date with Total Giving it should only sum amounts from contributions with qualifying contribution dates. And if you use campaign or fund, as long as you use IN as the operator, it should also do the same. But keep in mind that this will find people who have a total giving amount that you specify. This isn’t going to output their total giving amount. For that you need an output set or a report.
