Does anyone know of a method to handle sustaining contributions in Tessitura? I'm assuming that the best way to do it is to make a separate spreadsheet of each month and when a sustaining pledge is expiring so that we can re-book the pledge for the next season. Does anyone have a better method?
You might want to review the Auto Renew procedures – depending upon how you have things set up this procedure could work for you.

Yearly Solicitations with Tasks/Reminders would be a way to keep it in Tessitura.
