All the soft associations in Ver. 10 have migrated to soft associations in Ver. 11. However, a large number of the soft associations are actually affiliations, as noted by their type (eg. employee, board member, trustee). However, no matter the type of relationship, they migrated as soft associations. This means no title/no salary information fields and a number of relationships that are not the correct type (we can set up soft affiliations in Ver. 11). Now all the Ver. 10 employment & board titles/salary info no longer has a field if it was a soft association - the titles are merged into the notes, so you have to open the relationship to see what their title is. Do I have to go in and manually move them to soft affiliations? Is there a way to convert them to soft affiliations based on type (eg employee, board member, trustee,etc) and have the titles restored to the title field, salary in the salary field? How are others handling this?
