Hi, all.
If someone makes a gift that puts them at a particular membership level and we add their premiums/benefits for that level to their record, what happens if they don't renew their membership when it expires? Is there a way to tie the premiums to the membership so the premiums drop off their record if they don't make another gift? Or do the premiums have to be removed manually? Obviously we don't want them to continue receiving benefits for free.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
