Email Purposes

Many thanks Heather – I’ve definitely selected ‘Electronic Address Purpose’  using the ‘Next’ button but still chooses the default email and not the one I’ve tried to select. I’ve tried it with and without a selection in the ‘Electronic Address Type’ dropdown but still no luck.

Will try a few more permutations!

Hi Brian -

I don't know if you mis-typed or you really are using the Electronic Address Type, but if you are, that's your problem. You want to use the Electronic Address Purpose (you have to hit the next button to see a second screen of criteria). That should link to your Email Purposes.

Hello all, anyone know the setup for Email Purposes ? When we select a different email purpose in 'User Defined Output From a List' it just goes back to the default with or without a selection in the 'Electronic Address Type' drop down. Maybe there's an additional table set up for this?
