I am working to put a data file together to send to Wealth Engine. Has anyone done this with v11? I am having troubles with the HHs vs individuals. Please contact me directly and advise as soon as possible as I need to get this file completed in the next day or so.

Marie, I am having the same problem as you are. I used to be able to get the data out with a little work but with v. 11 I'm having trouble associating Individual information with households.

I created a pull from v11 for WealthEngine use not long ago. As you noticed, they are not really up to dealing with Tessitura hholds v individuals
After looking over their file specifications it became clear that WEng wants data that would have been right up Tessitura's alley pre-v11, i.e. they have fname, lname, etc *and* the same fields for "spouse". So, for our data pull, if the record was a hhold, we included the hhold customer_no but put affiliate A1 in the first position, so to speak, and included affiliate A2 as the spouse.
