Constituent Data Entry Policies

I haven’t updated it with v11 yet but this is our procedure

We are looking to create a document with rules for entering constituent's information. We have several people who can enter information, and we want to make sure we are all on the same page for formatting and data entered. Does anyone have a document like this that we could see to help us start creating ours? Thank you!
