We are updating our Donor Benefits program and wish to exclude high level patrons from service charges. Does anyone do this? If so, at what level? If not, have you experienced any negative feedback from patrons? Thanks for any insight.
Members of our Bravo Circle and above have all their exchange fees waived... they LOVE it. Bravo Circle is $3,500. We implemented this years ago, in part because we heard some feedback that we were "nickel and dime-ing" patrons when were charging them exchange fees. They still have to pay the upgrade (say, if they are changing from a weekday to a weekend) but no more per ticket fees. Hope this helps.
