We would like to start offering ACH payments to our donors but as I understand it all payments would have to be manually entered in Tessitura somehow.
Is anyone else offering ACH payments? If so, how are you capturing these within Tessitura?
Kristine,
We have all of these payments routed into On Account – Development to be processed by our gift entry person. This way, if a patron has pledged to make a gift of $XX per year, we can set up a pledge at the start and have all ACH payments applied to the pledge. It’s a much cleaner process that eliminates numerous entries for each ACH payment.
Hope this helps.

Julie,
Could you elaborate a bit more on this? Can bank account information be stored in Tessitura? Do you use the PLedge Billing Utility to process ACH payments and place them on-account? I am not connecting the dots here.
Thanks,

OOH, just realized that this is a VERY old thread and may not be a current process any more.
