Typically we 'save as' the tessitura 'letters' report into an excel and copy and paste into the RAW tab of another excel document. This is supposed to link to a word document for tax receipts and letters. For some reason they are no longer linking and I cannot print any receipts.
I am unfamiliar with Tessitura tax receipting - can someone please tell me where to start looking and how to fix?

We have to go into the Excel file, and resave the Excel file from Windows 97-2003 Document (which Tessitura keeps saving it as) to the more updated version "Microsoft Excel Worksheet" and then we have no problems merging them into Word, etc...
