We need report with the email addresses for everyone who attended our last performance. I ran the "Attendance by Performance" report and saved it as a list. Then I created an output set for name and email address. Then I ran the "Execute an Output Set" report with the list and output set I created. It worked, except none of the Household emails are pulling and I haven't been able to figure out why. I have tried both checking and un-checking the "include primary household" box in my output set, but that does not seem to matter. I'm not sure if this is an issue with our household records or something that I am missing in Tessitura. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!
Hi Cori,
First, are you sure there are emails on the household records? If the email is on the individual but the household is on the list, you won’t get any email addresses
Try using your list with the User Defined Format for a List report. That will give you more than just name and email address, but if it works you can just delete the data you don’t want and you’ll know that the issue is with your output set.
If the emails are on the household, and the report doesn’t work, or it does work but you still want to sort out the output set, I suggest opening a help ticket.
