I remember hearing something at TLCC in San Diego about using N-Scan tones to prompt ushers to thank patrons for being donors. The idea, if I remember correctly, was that a donor would receive a different tone when scanning their tickets than a regular ticket holder. The usher would then be alerted to offer a small word of thanks.
Anyone doing this or know an organization that is? I'm curious about how it was accomplished (both in Tess and with the ushers) and any impact you have been able to observe.
