Hello,
I want to use Tessitura to be able to produce a list of all the Trusts and Foundations we should currently be crediting the support of in programmes etc. We'd usually credit T&F's for two years from the date of their contribution unless it was for a longer term project or a particularly generous gift.
As each gift will arrive at a differnet time, I'm stuggling to think or a list or report that would give me who we should be crediting at a particular time.
Can anyone share how they manage this through Tessitura? Or an alternative way of looking at it?

Wouldn’t a list that looks for any contributions with contribution dates greater than or equal to two years prior to the current date get you the people you want?

Of course it would! Ideally I'd wanted to be able to see when we should be crediting peoples support from and to. But I think I was trying to make it more complicated than it needed to be.

Hello Gina, we use the facility on the Reaearch tab called 'Assets' (we renamed it 'Credits') It has various fields and a drop down menu to utilise but the main benefit is the start and end date which we use to denote Credit period start and end. This is all assuming you don't use 'Assets' for it's intended purpose!
