TLCC Moves Management Discussion

Does anyone who attended the Solicitations and Moves Management Discussion in San Diego remember which organization did the donor quotes that were projected on the wall? I had written a note about it as a great idea, but didn't write who did it!

Thanks Much,

Marta

  • I wrote down that it was Portland Center Stage, but I’m not 100% sure if that’s right.

  • We do have our donor names projected on a wall of our lobby here at Portland Center Stage.  If you would like more information on the subject you can email me at boannp@pcs.org and I can get you in touch with the folks who manage it.

    Thanks,

    Boann

  • Along those lines, we are talking with our staff about creating a "digital donor wall." I would love to speak with anyone that has implemented this within their organization. Like Marta, I remember the idea being discussed, but I cannot remember by which organization.

We currently have digital display screens built into the walls throughout our concert hall that repeatedly rotate promotional slides of upcoming concerts, etc. but we are exploring the possibility of utilizing these screens for donor recognition purposes. In a perfect world, we would like to set it up in such a way that would allow the display to integrate with Tessitura and update in real time.

Any advice, or contact info. of the organization that presented the idea in San Diego, would be really appreciated!

    Thank you!
