Hi,
i have a number of affiliation entries that have a NO symbol (a circle with a line through it) and the entry is faded. it appears this way on both sides of the affilliation. i can still follow it to the affiliated constituent and back.
can anyone tell me what this indicates?

That symbol means “inactive.” It can appear on addresses, constituencies, phone numbers, etc as well.

It means the affiliation/association is inactive, mainly to indicate that the person no longer works at an organization (or perhaps to also indicate a spousal split).
The symbol will also appear in the Contact Details tab when you inactivate addresses etc.
