I am trying to get a particular Attribute listed as an element in an output set, but when I execute it the field is empty - how can I make it specify the Attribute? It is also one of the criteria in my list - is that part of the problem?

There is no connection between the criteria you use in a list or extraction and an output set. The criteria determine which constituents are selected for the list or extraction. After that you just have a set of constituent ID’s which are used with your output set.
It sounds like the output set element is not set up correctly in TR_QUERY_ELEMENT. I suggest you open a help ticket so the support staff can help you troubleshoot the problem. One quick thing you can check before you do that. You want the output element to be looking at TX_CUST_KEYWORD (or VXS_CUST_KEYWORD if you need to respect control group security) not T_KEYWORD in order to output the attribute values for constituents.
