Moving a Pledge from Individual to Household

I have a situation where for whatever reason, a pledge exists on an individual constituent instead of at the household level where it should be.

Is there a way to move the pledge from the individual (A2 affiliate of the household) to the household level?

No payment has been made against the pledge (it should have been a gift anyway) but a payment needs to be recorded.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

  • I’m not an expert, but I think there’s a thing called “Household Operations” in the Constituent dropdown menu (task bar at the top).  Look for “move transactions to household”.  Try it in Test first, but I think this might do the trick!
