I wondered if anyone has run a telephone or text based fundraising scheme recently and what advice they might have on recording the contributions and data on Tessitura.
We are beginning to investigate audience fundraising options and there are plenty of companies out there who can run these types of schemes and collect data, but in order for us to anaylse potential giving going forward we need to record it accurately on Tessitura as efficiently as possible.
Our main objectives are to record contributions and pledges, record basic responses in a CSI style and then further research where applicable.
We have a team going to the conference next week so if you have experience in this area it would be great to try and construct a meeting so that we can get more info.
