I have a number of criteria to review in an extraction, including at least two lists. Each of these two lists gets its own segment in the extraction; segment 025 is list one only, segment 026 is list two only.
I'm accustomed to review the suppression report with the view to understanding "how many of this extraction segment are also in each of the other extraction segments?"
There is one constituent who appears on both lists one and two. I therefore expect 1 to show up in the other list's suppression report segment. Well, this happens just as expected when there's only the two lists in a different extraction, but not when there are a little over twenty other criteria in the extraction in question.
Is there a limit to the number of segments I can review this way? Is there some kind of criteria that throws a monkey wrench into the extraction? Any suggestions for why my two-lister isn't getting their notice in the suppression report output?
Maybe I need to post in technical...
Thanks!
John
Boann,
Indeed I expect them to appear in at most one segment of extraction output. I thought, thought, that the suppressed would be numbered in every other segment below where they would have been captured had they not already been caught above.

Is the consitutent who appears in both lists also in one of your other criteria? If so they would not be included in either list segment. A contstituent can only be on one segment in an extraction and whatever segment they qualify first is where they go.
Hope that helps...
Boann

I should make clear that Marissa gave the answer I needed with "only show in the Suppression Report as being suppressed due to their first segment, not as part of any additional segments they may have belonged to."
