We are planning a survey of our database to determine philanthropic intent and donor motivation, to inform upcoming campaigns. We would love to see any examples of survey questionnaires that other Tess users may have put together. We're not much interested in results - rather the structure of the survey itself. If you have any other 'lessons learnt' from philanthropic surveys we'd love to hear those too.
