If a patron has an open pledge, is there a way to automatically apply any online contribution they make to that campaign as a pledge payment?
What we used to do was have the money go into "on account" in Tessitura, so that we can attribute this to a pledge fulfillment. The actual credit card transaction must have been collected by the industry processing the transaction to which they cut a lump sum for finance to reconcile.
