Hi, I am trying to do an extraction to identify ex-members from one of our six levels, whose memberships are now expired. I want to captur those who expired between Sept 2011 and April 2012. The segments seem to be supressing all the right people but then only pull in people who still have a current membership as well as an expiry in those dates. Is there a way of selecting by expiry date for an expired membership? Any tips gratefully received!
Hi Katie,
Are you using criteria from the Membership Current folder? If so, those criteria only look at membership records with a current status.
Another thing to maybe try, add a suppression segment for all your current members.

Thanks for your replies.
Beth, we don't seem to have that criterion - which folder in list builder should it be in please?
Kevin, I'm not using Membership Current and had that suppression in, however I've just added some date parameters and seem to be getting better results.
Thanks, Katie
